Questions
What counts as one row?
Each email you export is one row, in Excel, CSV or OneDrive. Emails Outlook couldn't open, and exports you cancel, don't count. Free counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How does Team work?
The person who buys Team covers up to 10 colleagues who sign in with the same Microsoft 365 organisation. Seats are claimed automatically the first time a colleague exports.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Manage billing in the pane. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
Do you store my emails?
No. Email details go from Outlook to your device or your OneDrive and never reach our servers. See Privacy.
