Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Nostello OÜ, Ahtri Street 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“Nostello”) for MailToSheet.
1. The service
MailToSheet is an Outlook add-in that exports details of selected emails to an Excel or CSV file on your device or in your Microsoft 365 OneDrive. You need a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account; the OneDrive option needs OneDrive.
2. Plans
Free: 50 exported rows per calendar month (UTC). Pro: unlimited rows and field extraction per paid user, billed monthly or yearly, per seat. Team: the Pro features for up to 10 users in the purchaser's Microsoft 365 organisation, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial periods except where the law requires.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or try to get around licence limits or security.
4. Your content
Your emails and files stay yours and stay on your device or in your Microsoft 365. Where we process personal data for you, the DPA applies.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service depends on Microsoft 365 and is provided “as is”. We may change features with reasonable notice to paying customers.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7. Law
Estonian law applies; courts of Estonia (Harju County Court first instance). Consumers keep the protection of their home country's mandatory law.
